New Augusta Headquarters Library
The Augusta Public Library: Ground-breaking
for a new, exciting headquarters library in downtown Augusta is
expected soon.
The city of Augusta has been hoping and planning for this new library for
almost a decade. A committee of citizens selected the site and an
architectural firm noted for designing outstanding libraries has
finalized the plans.
You can help be part of the literary and
cultural future of Augusta by supporting your library. If you would
like to make a donation toward the building, mail a check made out
to Augusta Public Library, 902 Greene Street, Augusta, GA.
