Keeter Building, Lincolnton Street, Lincolnton, Georgia

The Keeter Building was built in the early 1900s for a car dealership selling Model T Fords. After John P. Keeter's death in 1945, his wife reportedly sold the building for $5,000. The upstairs units were rented for apartments. The building is now in use as a realty office.
