Q: Will you need internet filtering or firewall service?
A: No. ECGRL manages its own firewall and will handle its own webfiltering for each of the locations.

Q: Do you need us to provide network connectivity between the library branches?
A: No. ECGRL needs only unfiltered connections to the internet at each location.

Q: Is the diagram on page 3 the current network environment or the proposed network environment?
A: The diagram on page 3 is the current LATA Hub network environment. ECGRL is moving away from that network design to direct internet connections at each location.

Q: If we do have inclement weather in the area, will you consider extending your due date for the RFP?
A: Due to possible inclement weather, the deadline for the ECGRL Internet Access RFP has been extended to February 18, 2014.
